Earl Eisenberg founded Eisenberg & Associates, Inc. in 1978 with the goal of providing assistance to small and medium-size companies. He specializes in those having  financial problems and growing companies needing management and financial structuring. Over the years, his clients have spanned throughout North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Earl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1975.

In his free time he enjoys playing golf, gardening, warm weather, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Karen Habanek has worked at Eisenberg & Associates for over 30 years.   Looking to rejoin the workforce when her children were in elementary school, Karen was referred to Earl by a mutual friend and began offering administrative support on an as-needed basis.  As the business flourished, the role grew into a permanent one, although always with generous flexibility for Karen to fulfill her family responsibilities.

Karen has adapted the Eisenberg & Associates office from just  an IBM typewriter and a telephone through the evolution of fax machines, computers, internet, and mobile devices.  She has grown from typist-receptionist to Office Manager – meaning she is typist, receptionist, bookkeeper, travel agent, personal assistant, IT equipment manager, and everything in between.

In her personal time, Karen enjoys  gardening, reading, and cooking.  She  golfs  with her husband of 40 years, looks forward to visits with their children, and cares  for her elderly mother.
